1.特點和用途

HCR系列內燃沖擊夯，使用進口汽油發動機作為傳動裝置，吸收了世界先進技術，撞錘具有結構緊湊,重量輕,耐沖擊,結構屬性好,操作舒適,可靠性高,能長時間工作。撞錘不僅適合搗固砂、碎石、石灰和沙子的混合等，也適合填塞瀝青砂,瀝青碎石,混凝土等。被現廣泛應用在夯實和維護道路的邊坡公路、市政工程、公路、鐵路等，還可以用于搗固橋的基礎,水庫和堤防建設的項目和狹窄的各種溝渠和低谷,室內地面、庭院等。

Characteristics and Usage

HCR series Internal-Combustion Rammer use imported gasoline engine as driving device respectively．They are the rammer of a new generation that has been developed through assimilating and absorbing the imported world’s advanced technology of the product of the same kind．They are in the leading place in tamping machines．These rammers are characterized by their compact structure，lightweight，high impact，good side-closing property，comfortable operation， high reliability，long work time．These rammers are not only suitable for tamping sand， crushed stone，a mixture of lime and sand soil．but also suitable for tamping bituminous sand，bituminous  crushed  stone，poor concrete and clay．They have found wide applications in tampering and maintaining the side slope of the road base of highways，municipal works，roads，railway engineering．They  can  also be used for tamping the foundation of bridge，reservoir and embankment projects and for the construction of narrow sites．Such as various kinds of ditches and troughs，indoor ground，courtyards and the foots of walls．

2.  主要結構和原理

2.1 HCR系列夯由汽油發動機,離合器,曲軸箱,大小連桿的彈簧、活塞桿、內筒、外筒,搗固板,防塵桿盒等組成。

2.2夯操作時,動力傳輸的小齒輪傳動裝置,連桿的偏心軸大齒輪驅動活塞桿往復運動,迫使彈簧吸收或釋放能量,讓搗固板迅速跳起夯實地面,由于夯體向前傾斜一個角度,它可以前進,同時迅速搗固。

Main Structure and Principle

2.1  HCR Series Rammer consists of a gasoline engine，a clutch，a crankcase，large and small connecting rod springs，a piston rod，an inner cylinder，an outer cylinder，a tamping plate，a dust-proof rod box，etc． 

2.2  When a rammer operates，the power is transmitted to the small gear through the driving  gear， after primary deceleration，the connecting rod of eccentric shaft of large gear drives piston rod to do reciprocating motion，forcing the spring to absorb or release energy，allowing tamping plate to jump quickly to tamp the ground．Additionally，owing to rammer body inclines an angle forward，it can go forward while it is tamping quickly．
